Notably, the couple had got engaged in 2018. Sandeep had announced the news to his fans with another post on social media. The couple also posted pictures of each other on social media. Ever since the news broke out, fans haven't been able to keep calm and have dropped their replies on the SRH post. Many of the followers also used this opportunity to congratulate the newly married couple.
The fast bowler had started his cricketing journey from a government school in Patiala and has been playing in the IPL since 2013. He has played 95 IPL matches so far. Sharma was initially spotted by coach Munish Bali in the year 2007. Later in 2013, he received his first IPL contract with the Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) and was later included in the Orange Army.
The pacer has also donned the Indian blues which came at the backdrop of a great IPL season in 2015. He made his debut against Zimbabwe on July 17, 2015 in a T20 International. Overall, he has scalped 110 wickets at an economy rate of 7.8.
Sandeep is just the sixth Indian pacer to reach the 100-wicket mark in IPL - a feat which he achieved last year. He has been an important cog in the wheel of Sunrisers Hyderabad and would look to contribute to their success once the season resumes in September.
