In a shocking turn of events, Team Soul, the favorites to win the title, have been eliminated from the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series 2024 after a disappointing final two matches where they managed to secure just one point. This comes just a month after their dramatic victory in the BGMI Masters Series Season 3.
BMPS 2024: Team Soul eliminated after Round 3
Team Soul finished in 26th rank with 44 points. The team even secured the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner in Round 3 and was in a strong position for easy qualification, but Manya-led Team Soul performed poorly in the last four matches.
In the first match, Termi from Hyderabad Hydras pulled off an incredible clutch, eliminating all four Team Soul players, and leaving them with zero points. In the second match, Ronny failed to eliminate the last player from Honoured Esports, who then took out Ronny with a grenade, ending Team Soul’s run in BMPS 2024. Team Soul struggled to find their rhythm and fell far below their usual high standards.
The team had traded Joker with Team XSpark and added NinjaJOD to the roster. Joker qualified his team, Team XSpark, with an amazing last-game heal battle, while NinjaJOD’s addition did not work for Team Soul.
