According to a court document filed in Florida by Erica Herman's attorney, Tiger Woods has been accused of sexual harassment by Herman, his ex-girlfriend. In the document made public by CNN, Woods is charged with having a sexual connection with Erica while she was his employee and coercing her into signing a non-disclosure agreement under threat of losing her employment. If reports are to be believed, she was a staff member at The Woods Jupiter, a restaurant owned by Wood in South Florida at the time.

Herman then filed a lawsuit in 2018 against the trust that Woods had created for his Florida property, alleging that she had an oral agreement to stay for additional five years but that the golfer had forced her out from their shared home. Damages of USD30 million are demanded in the case by the victim.

According to Mr. Benjamin Hobas, who is Herman’s attorney, “Herman was misled into leaving Mr. Woods' house when she was ordered to pack her bags for a trip to the Bahamas. However, when she got to the airport, Mr. Woods' lawyer informed her that she had been locked out of the house and couldn't see the golfer again.”

It is to be noted that Tiger Woods is tied at first in PGA Tour wins and currently ranks second in men's major championships. One of the most renowned athletes in contemporary history, Woods is recognised as one of the all-time greats of golf. He was honoured with a World Golf Hall of Fame induction.
