The first F1 Arcade in the United States, an entertainment space that mixes Formula 1 racing simulators with a bar and restaurant, will open in Boston. Over the next five years, F1 plans to create more than 20 permanent facilities across the country, with the first one slated to open at the Boston Seaport. The anticipated opening date is March 2024.

The 69 racing simulators at the 16,000 square foot Boston Seaport site will provide a fully immersive racing experience. Numerous fine dining establishments, a sizable cocktail bar, and private rooms that may be combined to accommodate up to 200 guests will be featured at the location. This is set to provide visitors with both a luxurious comfort and the excitement of racing.

The success of Netflix's 'Drive To Survive' and the popularity of F1 on social media have boosted F1's popularity in the USA. In fact, during the past few years, F1 has been supported ahead of traditional European markets.

The first F1 Arcade in the world opened in London late last year, and it is reported that more than 8,000 visitors flocked in every week. "The F1 Arcade project will continue to grow as it enters the U.S., starting in Boston," said Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1. "The success of the London venue so far has been incredible, and we are excited to see the F1 Arcade project continue to grow as it hits the U.S., starting in Boston," he further added.
