vitality blast 2023

The Vitality Blast T20 2023 is set to begin on May 20 with Derbyshire facing Lancashire at Edgbaston. This will be a chance for many players to get a peek at the World Cup squad later this year. The teams will be divided into two groups, the North Group and the South Group. The nine teams of each group will play 14 league matches with the top four teams qualifying for the semifinals.

The 14 matches will include seven home games and seven away games. Sam Curran (Surrey) was named Player of the Tournament when England won the T20 World Cup, while the explosive six-hitting exploits of Liam Livingstone (Lancashire), Phil Salt (Lancashire), and Jason Roy (Surrey) will be playing this year’s T20 Blast. Hampshire won the 2022 title beating Lancashire in the final. Jofra Archer was recently ruled out for the summer after picking up another elbow problem in the IPL.
