Further talking about Asalanka, the left-hander scored an incredible century to help Sri Lanka post the 280-run target. But he also was unhappy with Angelo Mathews' wicket and talked about the spirit of cricket.
Speaking in the mid-innings interview, He said, "It’s always good feeling when you are getting a hundred and I’m feeling happy now. (On Mathews' timed out dismissal) My point of view it’s not good for the spirit of the game."
