Draymond Green, one of the most-sought after power forwards in the National Basketball Association (NBA), has been in free agency since turning down his $27.6 million player option with the Golden State Warriors on June 19 of this year. In the meantime, the 33-year-old superstar has recently picked his best starting five for a professional basketball game, but with a massive twist.

It has been reportedly said that Draymond Green and Jordan Poole had a disagreement during their pre-season training at the Golden State Warriors in 2022. As per the witnesses, it had led to Green punching Poole in the face during a practice session.

When the four-time NBA All-Star got the option of picking a player from the Washington Wizards, he went on to choose Kyle Kuzma, the power forward. Draymond Green made this call while snubbing his former teammate at the Golden State Warriors, Jordan Poole, the point guard, who had recently made his transfer to the Eastern Conference side.

Since then, it wasn’t clear when these two NBA stars would bury the hatchet. But, with the aforementioned troll moment from Draymond Green, all hopes of a potential get together between him and Jordan Poole are quashed for the time being.

Meanwhile, as per recent reports, the four-time NBA champion has signed a new deal with the Golden State Warriors for four years worth over $100 million. According to the sources with The Athletic, the new contract contains a player option for Draymond Green in the fourth year.
