The English team's biggest fan army, the Barmy Army had a touching tribute for celebrating England fast bowler Stuart Board's illus trious career. Broad announced his retirement on Day 4 for the fifth and final Ashes 2023 test at the Kia Oval.
The 37-year-old retires after playing 167 Tests, 121 ODIs and 56 T20Is. He also became only the second pacer, after Anderson to take 600 Test wickets. Hence celebrating this marvellous career, members of the Barmy Army donned headbands and were singing a song with trumpets as a tribute to the 37-year-old pacer.
