The much-awaited India versus Pakistan is underway at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmadabad. After winning the toss, Rohit Sharma invited the Men in Green to bat first on a black soil pitch. While the host team were welcomed with loud cheers inside the stadia, the Men in Green did not get a kind welcome.

Soon after the toss as the teams lined up for their respective national anthems, the side was welcomed with loud boos at the stadium. The video of the same is now doing rounds on social media.

The Men in Blue are 7-0 up against Pakistan in World Cups and will aim to make it 8-0. Talking about their position in the points table, India sits at the third place with +1.500 NRR whereas Pakistan are just below them with a comparative lower NRR.
