In the ongoing Eliminator between Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians saw the Krunal Pandya-led side restrict the five-time champions to 182/8 in the 20 overs. For the Lucknow-based franchise it was Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq who stole the show, finishing with the figures of 4/38 in his four-over spell. He was equally supported by youngster Yash Thakur who scalped three wickets, conceding 34 runs in his four overs.

However, it will be seen if MI bowlers give them a fitting game in a do-or-die clash, an instance which caught the attention during the match was Kohli…Kohli chants. However, Virat Kohli might not be on the field in this game, Naveen-ul-Haq who had got into a heated exchange with the former India skipper received these chants from the fans present at the Chepauk.

As the Afghanistan pacer took his position near the boundary, he was welcomed with the chants of ‘Kohli…Kohli’. However in a very sporting attitude, Naveen replicated what he did previous too. He just animated towards the crowd to increase the volume of the fans rather than going against it.
