Lucknow Super Giants pacer Naveen-ul-Haq has been under the limelight after his on-field banter with Team India and RCB mainstay Virat Kohli earlier this month during LSG vs RCB match at the Ekana Cricket Ground. Ever since that day till today, both these players along with LSG coach Gautam Gambhir have been under talks for their heated exchange.
In the match between Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians at the Ekana Cricket Ground on May 16 (Tuesday), it was Naveen-ul-Haq who got all the attention. However, this wasn’t for this performance with the ball but the heated fight. While the Afghanistan pacer was positioned on the boundary during the MI inning, the fans from the stands did Kohli Kohli chants to unsettle or distract him. But the young pacer’s reaction since then has been doing rounds as the 23-year-old reacted for the chants to go louder.

The Afghan pacer conceded 37 runs in his four-over spell on Tuesday and went wicketless on the day. However, he finished a bit expensive, but his side won the match by five runs.
Talking of the match, Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians invited LSG to bat first after winning the toss. The Krunal Pandya-led side posted 177/3 in their 20 overs, courtesy Marcus Stoinis unbeaten knock of 89 and skipper also contributing with crucial 49 runs before getting retired hurt. From here on, the LSG bowlers continued their form as they restricted the visitors to 172/5 in the 20 overs, winning the match by five runs to go upto third place in the points table.
