The IPL 2023 fixture between Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans was witness to a heartwarming moment as Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya were seen exchanging jerseys. The defending champions registered a stunning seven-run win on the back of a brilliant bowling display.
But after the match and the presentation ceremony, the Pandya brothers met up with each other and in a video posted by Hardik, were wearing each other’s jerseys. T he video was shared on Hardik Pandya’s Twitter account with the caption, ‘Only love my brother’ with three heart emojis and one kissing face emoji.

Talking about the game, the Gujarat-based franchise got off to a poor start with the bat after losing Shubman Gill at a score of 0. Then came Hardik Pandya who held one end for the Titans and scored a crucial half-century. But other GT batters failed to put on runs as they only managed to post 135 in 20 overs. The troubles for Gujarat continued as Lucknow got off to a great start with the bat thanks to Kyle Mayers' clean striking.
Like Hardik, the LSG captain, KL Rahul also anchored the innings for his side but barring Krunal Pandya, no one else managed to contribute. This poor batting display made life difficult for the Super Giants and allowed the bowlers to gain an upper hand. Then in the death overs, Mohit Sharma and Mohammed Shami combined beautifully to drastically reduce the scoring opportunities. In the last over, Sharma defended 11 runs and helped GT register a seven-run victory.
