The Indian all-round cricketer Hardik Pandya shared a video of himself bowling full tilt in the nets, which appeared to be at a ground in his hometown in Baroda after he recovered from an ankle injury. The 30-year-old also spoke about making sure to cover every single thing possible every day in his bid to return to professional cricket.

Hardik Pandya picked up an ankle injury during the ODI World Cup clash against Bangladesh at the MCA Stadium in Pune last October, getting ruled out of the coveted tournament. Since then, he has missed India’s T20I assignments against Australia and Afghanistan at home, apart from the limited-overs tour in South Africa.

In the last few weeks, Hardik Pandya has been very active on social media, posting regular videos of himself in the gym, and getting fitter by the day. With his recent video of bowling full tilt in the nets on Saturday, January 27, the Indian all-round cricketer sent out a message to the fans about achieving full recovery from the ankle injury, and his return to professional cricket is not that far away.

“Good to be back to my place for improvement. I treat (this ground) as a temple, because the number of things I've learned on this ground, what it has taught me, priceless. My journey started, if I am not wrong, from literally 17 years back on this same very ground. Yeah, feels good to be back,” said Hardik Pandya in the latest video on his official Instagram account.

In his closing remark, Hardik Pandya commented on putting in all the effort in his being after recovering from the ankle injury, “I will make sure I cover every single thing possible today, and every day.”
