South Africa’s power-hitting keeper-batter Heinrich Klaasen unleashed his beast-hitting mode against Mumbai Indians on Wednesday night, where he clobbered a 34-ball 80 which helped SRH post the highest IPL score in an innings of 277/3. They went past the previous record held by RCB of 263/5.

In a heartwarming moment from the match, Klassen’s 14-month-old daughter Laya was seen cheering for her father from the stands equipped with the Sunrisers’ flag in her hands. Her constant support for Klassen provided added inspiration to the middle-order batter, who exploited the amateur Mumbai Indians’ bowling all around the park.

Klassen is accompanied by his wife Sone Martins and their daughter Laya, who was born on December 2, 2022. The 32-year-old often posts pictures with his wife and daughter on social media when he is not destroying the bowlers in the park.
