UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones broke the internet after brutally kicking an MMA fan in the leg, which left the fan walking on crutches in the hospital. The fan challenged the 36-year-old UFC champ to kick him in the back of his thigh and 'Bones' gave him a couple of blows in the leg as the fan shared the video on Instagram.
Since his fight against Ciryl Gane over a year ago, Jon Jones has not fought in the UFC. The heavyweight champ is recovering from a torn pectoral muscle, which he suffered in October, that forced him to miss the fight against Stipe Miocic at UFC 295.
A video has been doing rounds on social media, which was initially shared by an MMA fan named Jensen Dean on March 1, where Jon Jones leg-kicked the fan and sent him to the hospital. The fan asked Jones to kick him in his leg making the fan swirl around. The fan wasn't satisfied with the kick and asked the UFC champ to hit him again.
After the second kick, Jensen lost his balance and used his hand to stay on his feet, however, he appeared in visible pain while limping and holding his leg. Later, the fan revealed the bruise Jones gave him on his leg while walking in the hospital on crutches. He tagged Jon Jones and jokingly captioned, "I barely felt it."
