Day after the reports of Liverpool star Mohamed Salah's desire to leave the Premier League giants to move to Saudi Arabia, the Reds head coach Jürgen Klopp has recently rubbished the possibility of the Egyptian forward leaving Anfield.
According to Saudi media outlet Arriyadiyah, the 31-year-old Salah has been offered a staggering $198 million contract by Al-Ittihad, which would make him one of the highest-paid players in the world. The reported contract will offer Salah a salary more than what Al-Nassr pay to Cristiano Ronaldo.
While many fans raised eyebrows at the reports of the Liverpool star leaving the English club for a lucrative offer made by Saudi Arabia, head coach Jurgen Klopp dismissed all the rumours. When asked about the veracity of the reports, the German coach said, "Yes (there isn't anything to talk about).
He continued, "It's difficult to talk about media stories as there's nothing to talk about from our point of view. Mo Salah is a Liverpool player. There's nothing there. If there was something the answer would be no (he's not for sale)."

The Reds boss claimed that Salah is 100 per cent committed to Liverpool and stated, "My life philosophy is I think about a problem when I have it. At the moment, there's nothing. I said already if there is something, the answer would be no. Is Mo still committed? 100 per cent!"
After playing a 1-1 draw against Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge, Liverpool won their first Premier League game of the season against Bournemouth 3-1 at the Anfield. The Reds will now travel to the St. James' Park to face Newcastle United on Sunday, August 27.
