Manchester United's new signing, Andre Onana, showed his fiery temperament during the 3-2 defeat against Borussia Dortmund in a friendly match in Las Vegas. The Cameroon goalkeeper, who joined the Red Devils from Inter Milan this summer, had a furious rant at captain Harry Maguire after a sloppy pass that almost cost his team a goal.
The incident happened early in the second half when Maguire tried to play the ball out from the back to Scott Mctominay, but his pass was intercepted. Julian Brandt cut the ball to Sebastien Haller for an effort for which Onana reacted quickly and made a superb save, but he was not happy with Maguire's mistake.
Onana ran out of his goal and shouted at Maguire, gesturing with his hands and pointing at the defender. Maguire looked stunned and did not respond to Onana's tirade, and quietly walked away.

Onana is known for being vocal and demanding on the pitch, as he showed during his time at Inter Milan. He is also regarded as one of the best ball-playing goalkeepers in the world, with his ability to start attacks with his accurate distribution, and is expected to be United's first-choice keeper this season after David De Gea’s departure.
Speaking of the game, United took the lead thanks to Diogo Dalot, but just before halftime, they gave up twice to Donyell Malen in a matter of seconds, allowing Dortmund to come back. Tom Heaton, the backup goalkeeper who started the game, made a dangerous pass when Victor Lindelof tried to find Donny van de Beek on the edge of his box, after which Marcel Sabitzer, an ex-United loanee, cut it out and set up Malen to score.
Later, after Antony leveled at 2-2, Aaron Wan-Bissaka surrendered possession in the build-up to Youssoufa Moukoko's winning goal for the Bundesliga side. United manager Erik Ten Hag will hope to see some improvement from his team in their next two games, against Lens at Old Trafford on Saturday, August 5, and then Athletic Bilbao.
