Premier League side Manchester United have unveiled their newest signing Danish forward Rasmus Hojlund at Old Trafford. The 20-year-old striker joins the Red Devils from Serie A side Atalanta for a reported fee of £72m with add-ons.  There has been a lot of speculation regarding  Man United manager  Erik Ten Hag demanding the upper management for a striker. 

Finally, after failing to sign, Englishman Harry Kane, the Red Devils shifted their focus to  Hojlund and quickly completed the move. After the transfer was sealed, the Red Devils unveiled  Rasmus Hojlund at the Theatre of Dreams before Man United's friend against RC Lens.

Talking about the transfer,  Rasmus Højlund  expressed that he has been a massive Manchester United fan since childhood and has always dreamt of playing at the iconic Old Trafford. He  said,  “It is no secret that I have been a fan of this great club since I was a small boy, and I dreamed of walking out at Old Trafford as a Manchester United player.

The Dane also expressed excitement about this monumental opportunity and stated that he hopes to repay the faith shown by the club. He added,  “I am incredibly excited by this opportunity to turn that dream into a reality, and I am determined to repay the faith that the club has shown in me. It is still early in my career, but I know that I am ready to make this step up and play with this group of world-class players.
