India seamer Mohammed Siraj has been on fire during the ongoing Bangladesh series. After a successful performance in the ODIs, Siraj brought his fiery pace and aggression to the Test series as well. The first innings saw the Hyderabad pacer pick three wickets and have an exchange with Litton Das, which led to some heated reactions.
Then in the second Bangladesh innings, Siraj had another verbal spat with the opener Najmul Hossain Shanto. But this time the batter had a completely opposite reaction. The batter was seen uproarious laughing at Siraj as the bowler glared at him with anger. Shanto's reaction is now doing the rounds on social media.

After these interactions, the Indian team finally managed to break a resilient Bangladeshi opening partnership at 124, where Shanto was dismissed by Umesh Yadav after scoring 67 runs. India continued picking wickets after that breakthrough and ended the day with a score of 272-6.
The star of the bowling was Axar Patel, who picked up three wickets in 27 overs while giving away 50 runs. But the true star of the day was the young Bangladeshi batter Zakir Hasan, who scored his maiden Test century on his debut.
The 24-year-old batted 224 balls and stitched up an incredible opening partnership with Shanto. Hasan hit 12 boundaries in his knock along with one six. Another performer with the bat has been captain Shakib Al Hasan, who was not out at the score of 40 at the stumps. Al Hasan played 69 balls and smashed three fours and two sixes in his knock.
