India and Delhi Capitals batter Prithvi Shaw returned to cricketing action as he was seen batting at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Shaw suffered a  knee injury while playing in the Royal London One-Day Cup for  Northamptonshire.

Shaw has had a turbulent 2023 littered with controversies and injury layoffs.  But recently, Shaw took to his Instagram and shared a story where he was knocking the ball around and trying to find the middle of the bat. He was trying to get behind the line of the ball and get his feet moving.

In the IPL 2023,  Shaw could only score 106 runs in the eight innings in a dismal campaign for the Delhi Capitals. The IPL 2020 finalists only won five games and nine losses while finishing ninth on the table.  However, amidst all the rumours of him being released, Delhi has retained the youngster for another season.  But after the IPL, Shaw returned to form in England as he had a sensational with Northamptonshire in the list-A competition. The Mumbai native scored 429 runs from just four innings.
