Star India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was seen hilariously mimicking fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah’s bowling action during the first day’s play of the fourth BGT Test. On Thursday, December 26, action went underway between India and Australia in the highly-anticipated Boxing Day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The opening day of the Test was a spicy affair, which started with the Baggy Greens dominating the game with the bat, and later by Bumrah’s bowling heroics in the final minutes of the play.
Apart from high-octane gaming action, the match also saw some heated exchanges, including Virat Kohli and Aussie debutant Sam Konstas. However, amid all the intense action, ace all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was seen cooking up a hilarious mimic action, leaving the MCG crowd and commentators in splits.

Jadeja was spotted mimicking the bowling action of pace superstar and teammate Jasprit Bumrah with the ball in his left hand. He hilariously replicated the bowling action as Bumrah walked past him. Talking about the game, Jadeja bowled a total of 14 overs on the opening day and gave India a breakthrough by picking the wicket of debutant Sam Konstas with an LBW. On the other hand, Bumrah picked the wickets of Usman Khawaja, Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh. The hosts posted 311 for six wickets by the end of day one’s gameplay.
The first day of the play belonged to the hosts as Sam Konstas posted 60 runs while Usman Khawaja came up with 57 runs. On the other hand, Marnus Labuschagne came up with 72 runs while Steven Smith remained unbeaten on 68. Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh and Alex Carey were forced to walk back on a duck, four runs and 31 runs, respectively.
