The KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are taking on Delhi Capitals (DC) in match 26 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. As the two captains took the field for the toss, it was KL Rahul who won it and invited the DC to field first. As the match progressed, it was Khaleel Ahmed who drew the first blood in Quinton de Kock.
With the onset of match and two points at stake, action began to unfold. In the fourth over of the Lucknow inning, it was Ishant Sharma who was handed the ball. After bowling the second wide of the over, Rishabh Pant was quick to signal for a review, with the on-field umpire going up. Just moments later, Pant was seen walking up to the umpire and engage in an argument, in order to take his review back.

However, it was clear that the wicketkeeper-batter had signalled for a review, but it was it for the umpire is not known. But with the umpires going in for replays, it showed that the batter did make a sign, although he wasn’t looking at the umpire then and was discussing with the players.
