India cricketer Riyan Parag continues to remain out of the Board of Council for Cricket in India (BCCI) scheme, but the batting all-rounder continues to knock on the door of the Indian board. The Rajasthan Royals all-rounder once again smashed a ton in the ongoing Deodhar Trophy. Parag, who is currently playing for East Zone in the Deodhar Trophy, finished the innings with a score of unbeaten 102 off 68 deliveries.

In his innings of 68 balls, Parag smashed six fours and five maximums to help his side post 319/7 in the 50 overs on Tuesday, August 1 at the Cricket Association Puducherry Ground 2. In a video going viral on social media, Parag ran through to celebrate his ton.

Notably, Utkarsh Singh scored a 52-ball 50, wicketkeeper-batter Kumar Kushagra also reached a half-century off 47 deliveries, meanwhile Virat Singh missed a half-century by eight runs.

Talking about the ongoing match, East Zone won the toss and opted to bat first. The side posted 319 runs in their inning of 50 overs and will took to emulate their brilliant run with the ball to seal the match against the West Zone.
