While the Men in Blue are currently locking horns with West Indies in a five-match T20I series, trailing 0-3, their arch-rivals Pakistan are preparing for the much-awaited Asia Cup, set to take place from August 30 in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. As the Indian team is without their mainstays in Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, the Indian skipper was seen recently addressing a gathering in USA.

The 36-year-old cricketer, who was recently at the launch of his cricket academy in California, USA on August 6 (Sunday) had a hilarious reaction to a question from the fans and youngsters present at the launch. When asked about the most challenging Pakistani bowler in a Q&A session, the skipper had a rather cheeky reply.
When asked, “Who is the toughest bowler in Pakistan team”, Rohit replied saying, “All bowlers are good. I will not name any as it leads to big controversies (Sab ache bowler hai. Main kisika naam nahi lunga. Bohot bada-bada controvery hota hai naam lene se)”.

Not only did this reaction of Rohit left everyone present at the launch in splits, but even his wife Ritika Sajdeh was left in laughter.
Earlier during the same address, Rohit Sharma had dropped a hint on his availability in the T20 World Cup, which is set to take place in 2024. Sharma said, “More than just going and enjoying, there is another reason to come here because the World Cup is coming. In June, there will be the World Cup happening in this part of the world. I’m sure everyone is excited. So yeah, we look forward to that.”
