The 2023 WNBA All-Star Game played on July 15, Saturday, saw Team Stewart cruising to a victory over Team Wilson by 143-126 in Las Vegas. The star of the show was Sabrina Ionescu after her three back-to-back 4-point buckets in the second quarter of the game. Jewell Loyd was named the MVP of the match after she scored 31 points to lead her team to victory.
Another notable performance from the night includes Breanna Stewart’s nine points, six rebounds, and nine assists. Moreover, Napheesa Collier also added 20 points and scored six rebounds.
In the game on Saturday night, Sabrina carried her momentum from Friday night and carried out an explosive performance from the four-point zone. Along with the 25-year-old’s heroics, Lloyd’s record-breaking performance helped Team Stewart pull up a double-digit score lead at halftime.

Earlier, on Friday, July 15, Sabrina made history at the 2023 All-Star Weekend in Las Vegas in the three-point contest. She scored 37 out of 40 possible points by hitting 25 out of 27 possible points. By achieving this feat, she sunk the NBA record of 31 set by Steph Curry in 2001, and later by Tyrese Haliburton in 2023. In addition to this, the American basketball star also smashed the 30-point record Allie Quigley created in 2022.
