In the ongoing match between Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings, substitute player Shaik Rasheed took a brilliant catch near the boundary ropes in the penultimate over of the match to dismiss Jitesh Sharma. This incident took place with Punjab Kings needing just 15 runs off ten balls.
On the fourth delivery of the 19 th over, Jitesh Sharma, who was on strike smashed the ball over long-on but with substitute player and youngster Shaik Rasheed at the right placed went full to complete a stunning catch. Although everyone looked in shock whether it was a wicket or not, the third umpire later revealed that it was out as his leg nearly missed to touch the boundary cushion.

Talking about this match, Chennai Super Kings opted to bat first after winning the toss. The four-time champions posted 200 on the board, courtesy, Devon Conway’s unbeaten 92. However, with the match going in crunch last ball thriller, the PBKS pulled off a stunning win by four wickets to go to fifth place in the points table.
