On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Jimmy and Jey, The Usos, reunited in the closing segment of the show with Roman Reigns looking approvingly from the entrance stage.  The moment happened after they took down the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline, costing them the WWE Tag Team Championship as Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley of the Motor City Machine Guns (MCMG) walked out as new champions.

Earlier in the night, when the MCMG defeated the DIY of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, to become the number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship, self-proclaimed Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa arrived at the building while being flanked by the champions Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. Following the involvement of SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis to quieten the situation, the MCMG wanted the title shot on the night against the new Bloodline, and they got it.

As the WWE Tag Team Championship match started to gather pace, “Big Jim” Jimmy Uso attacked Solo Sikoa at ringside before Jacob Fatu got the better of him. It led to Original Tribal Chief (OTC) Roman Reigns showing up at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn to loud cheers of the fans, and he took out Jacob Fatu with a Superman Punch at the entrance way before he and Jimmy Uso fought Solo Sikoa and the Samoan Werewolf on the entrance stage.

Meanwhile, back inside the ring, as the Guerrillas of Destiny were looking in control in their championship match, “Main Event” Jey Uso showed up in a mask and hoodie to superkick Tonga Loa. He delivered a spear to Tama Tonga inside the ring before the MCMG delivered the Skull and Bones on the wounded champion, following which Chris Sabin pinned him in the middle of the ring, to become new WWE Tag Team Champions alongside Alex Shelley in just their second week on SmackDown.

Shortly after MCMG celebrated their championship win, Jimmy and Jey Uso hugged each other to loud cheers from the WWE Universe, while Roman Reigns looked at them with approval from the entrance stage.
