The NBA's all-time leading scorer, LeBron James has been going strong in the current season as the four-time NBA champion is averaging 29.2 points on a 50.2% from the field with 8.4 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game. Video streaming platform Peacock, has recently released the trailer of LeBron James' biopic "Shooting Stars", that revolves around the Lakers forward's high school career.
Since joining Los Angeles Lakers in 2018, the four-time NBA Finals MVP has been involved in producing or starring in many movies including Hustle and Space Jam: A New Legacy among others. Along side Peacock, LeBron James also shared the trailer of his upcoming film on his social media handles.
While sharing the trailer, Bron took to his official Instagram handle and wrote, "This is our story!! 🏀⭐️👑" The video starts with the former Cleveland Cavaliers forward's narration, "People think they know my story, but this is our story... This is how I met my brothers and how we became family."

The movie is being helmed by Grown-ish director Chris Robinson and is based on the book by King James himself alongside the Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Buzz Bissinger. Apart from James, the movie features five-star high school small forward Marquis Cook as LeBron, Caleb McLaughlin as Lil Dru, among others.
Shooting Stars tells the story of young LeBron James and his four best friends, who helped the St. Vincent-St. Mary high school basketball team located in Akron, Ohio to win three of their four state championship. The movie is set to be released on June 2 on Peacock.
