When the annual charity game at Old Trafford took place, Usain Bolt was one of the famous people and ex-players on show. The 100-meter world record holder was set free after an even start, and he calmly finished past former England goalkeeper David James to give the World XI the lead.
Bolt pulled out the Rashford celebration in front of the Stretford End, pointing to his head as those in attendance would have seen many times before. Marcus Rashford himself reacted to Usain Bolt’s celebration as he took to Twitter and tweeted, “Rash X Bolt ⚡️👉🏾🙎🏾♂️” along with the Bolt’s video. Check out the tweet here:
Talking about the match, Francesco Totti, Hernan Crespo, and Patrice Evra were among Bolt's teammates. While Jermain Defoe, Jack Wilshere, and Gary Neville are among the players on England's team, which is led by the legendary Lioness Jill Scott. Among the famous people performing are Tom Hiddleston, Bugzy Malone, and Liam Payne.
Talking about Rashford, he is preparing for England duty ahead of this weekend's Euro 2024 qualifiers against North Macedonia and Malta. After missing the international matches in March due to injury, the forward hasn't played for his nation since the World Cup. The 25-year-old scored three goals in Qatar before helping United finish the domestic campaign with a career-high 30 goals, making him the first Reds player to accomplish this feat since Robin van Persie did so ten years ago.
