India batter Virat Kohli gave an epic reaction to South African pacer Nandre Burger during the second Test between South Africa and India. In the last clash of the multi-format series tour, the Proteas hosted India in a Test match that kicked off on January 3, Wednesday, at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. Opting to bat first, the hosts were bundled out at 55 runs within 24 overs, owing to a brilliant bowling attack by Mohammed Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah, and Mukesh Kumar.

In the second inning, Burger tried to sledge former India captain Virat Kohli after his very first ball against him. Burger acted like he was going to throw the ball towards him after Kohli defended the first delivery. Instead of going back, Burger collected the ball and came up with an aggressive gesture, to which the former India captain came up with an epic reaction and smiled.  Later, Kohli schooled the Proteas’ pacer on the final ball of the over by smashing him for a boundary.
