The Legends League Cricket is back with its 2023 edition and former cricketers are plying their trade in the T20 league, underway in India. However, in the 12th match of the LLC 2023, Urbanrisers Hyderabad locked horns with Irfan Pathan’s Bhilwara Kings at the Mohana Azad Stadium in Jammu.
While earlier in the match the Irfan Pathan-led side won the toss and decided to put the score first on the board, they failed to defend it as Rikki Clarke’s innings of unbeaten 73 helped them chase the total in 17.3 overs, winning the match by seven wickets. However, an instance from the first inning is now doing rounds on social media where Yusuf Pathan was seen fuming at Iqbal Abdulla.
The incident took place in the 14th over of the Bhilwara Kings inning when Yusuf Pathan was taking the strike. Urbanrisers all-rounder Asghar Afghan, who bowled the fourth delivery of the 14th over, Pathan guided it towards the backward point and was halfway of taking a run but Iqbal, who was placed at the non-striker end denied the run, causing an error in judgement.

Seeing this, Yusuf yelled at Iqbal adding, “Kya kar raha hai? (What are you doing?)”, while Iqbal also apologised for his mistake. On the next delivery, however, he smashed the ball over deep mid-wicket for a maximum and later gave a long death stare.
After 12 matches in LLC 2023, Bhilwara Kings now occupy the fifth place with only one win from five matches with one going in a no result, the Suresh Raina-led Urbanrisers Hyderabad are reeling on the top of the table with three wins from four games.
