The Indian cricketing legend, Yuvraj Singh, took to his official X account to post a hilarious dance compilation of Ashish Nehra to wish him his 45th birthday. Yuvraj Singh and Ashish Nehra became closest friends during their time in the Indian cricket team, and they have grown into becoming brothers off the field after they retired from the sport.
Ashish Nehra is currently in the world of professional coaching with Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. After taking them to two finals in the last two seasons of the IPL, including the title win in the 2022 season, the ongoing edition of the tournament hasn’t been great for them, losing six out of the first 10 matches in the league phase.
Talking about Yuvraj Singh, he was recently announced as the ambassador for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. As part of this new gig, the 42-year-old will be attending a range of exciting promotional events in the United States of America during the ICC tournament in a month.
In his recent post on X, Yuvraj Singh sent out a hilarious dance compilation, to wish Ashish Nehra a happy birthday in his unique style. H e captioned the post, “Wishing a very Happy Birthday to the one and only #Nehraji. Age is just a number, but your moves and moods are timeless, loads of love brother, hope you take GT across the line once again”.
The statement from Yuvraj Singh after getting named as the ambassador for the T20 World Cup, “Some of my fondest cricketing memories have come from playing at the T20 World Cup, including hitting six sixes in an over, so it’s very exciting to be part of this edition, which is set to be the biggest one yet.”
