Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portugal international has revealed his post-retirement plans after the success of his YouTube channel ‘UR Cristiano’. The 39-year-old recently launched his YouTube channel and reached one million subscribers in just 90 minutes. With this, the 39-year-old became the fastest to earn one million subscribers on YouTube. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who currently plays for Al Nassr in Saudi Pro League, added that he won’t be looking at taking up coaching roles, but confirmed that it will be a spontaneous decision. "When I leave the national team, I won’t tell anyone beforehand and it will be a very spontaneous decision on my part, but also a very well thought out one,” he said during an interaction.

In one of the videos on his new YouTube channel, the 39-year-old remarked that he named the channel “UR Cristiano,” because it resembles “You are,” symbolising a sense of family. Notably, shortly after launching “UR Cristiano” on YouTube, Cristiano Ronaldo became the fastest to one million subscribers within one and a half hours before reaching the 10 million subscribers mark in just 12 hours. The current number of subscribers on Cristiano Ronaldo’s YouTube channel is 47 million, which is quite a high number for a channel going live in the first five days.
