The ongoing Asia Cup 2023 game between India and Pakistan has been regularly interrupted due to rain and notably, after the end of first innings the game hasn't resumed due to continuous downpour at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
India batting first posted a total of 266 runs with the help of Ishan Kishan-Hardik Pandya's 138-run partnership for the fifth wicket despite reeling at 66/4 at one stage in the game. Pakistan pacers were pretty impressive with Shaheen Afridi taking a four-wicket haul (4/35) while Naseem Shah (3/36) and Haris Rauf (3/58) took three wickets with the ball respectively.
