Batters to have smashed century for Australia in men's T20I:
Aaron Finch
Shane Watson
Glenn Maxwell
David Warner
Josh Inglis
Among the above five players, Glenn Maxwell and Josh Inglis are the only non-openers to score a century for Australia in the men's T20I.
Aaron Finch has smashed two centuries in T20Is. He scored 156 vs England at Southampton in 2013 & 172 vs Zimbabwe at Harare in 2018. Finch's 156 was the highest score in T20Is at that time as he became the first batsman to score 150-plus in T20Is while his 172 remains to be the highest-ever score by a batsman in T20I history.
Shane Watson smashed 124 runs off 71 balls against India in the three-match T20I series in January 2016. He remained not out in that game, but still, his knock ended in vain as they lost by seven wickets.
Glenn Maxwell has smashed three centuries in T20Is. He smashed 145 runs off 65 balls against Sri Lanka at Pallekele in 2016. He has hit two centuries in T20Is while batting at number 4 position. He scored 103* against England at Hobart in 2018 and 113* against India at Bengaluru in 2019.
David Warner's only century in the T20I came against Sri Lanka in 2019 at Adelaide, where he scored an unbeaten century from just 56 balls.
