The 18-year-old cricketer Musheer Khan who smashed a century against Ireland five days ago in the U-19 World Cup, has once again recorded a century against New Zealand in Bloemfontein, setting the stage on fire for Team India at the U-19 WC. Musheer Khan has become only the second player after Shikhar Dhawan to score multiple centuries in a single U-19 WC edition. Hence, here in this article, we will have a look at this player, who came to the limelight in a very short period.

Musheer Khan is the younger brother of Sarfaraz Khan who has been a sensational batsman in domestic cricket. Musheer Khan apart from being a right-hand top-order batsman, is also a left-arm orthodox spin bowler. Musheer Khan made his FC debut for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy 2022-23 edition, where he scored 96 runs from 5 innings and also has two wickets to his name. 

Apart from playing for Mumbai in FC cricket, he had a standout performance in the U-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy where he recorded 438 runs and also finished as the highest wicket-taker (22). He was in the limelight for scoring 127 runs off 47 balls and picking two wickets (2/53) in the final of the quadrangular series for India A U-19 team recently.
