Nepal U-19 team after losing the first two matches to New Zealand and Pakistan, have recorded their first win at the U19 World Cup 2024 against Afghanistan in a thrilling fashion by 1 wicket in East London. Nepal bundled out Afghanistan U-19 side for just 145 runs with the help of five-wicket haul from Aakash Chand. In reply, Nepal were 144/9 after 44 overs despite a fifty from skipper Dev Khanal (58) but were under pressure to chase down the last 2 runs with just one wicket in hand.
