Speaking on a podcast with Ultra Edge, the Pakistan cricketer recalled how Rohit Sharma frequesntly forgets as well as misplaces his belongings and then struggles to remember where he left. When asked about Rohit Sharma, Imam said, “saari cheeje dhunta hai kaha apni belt rakhi thi, kaha apne shoes rakhe the, kisko message kiya tha, kisko phone kiya tha. Oh My God, woh ek alag level ki personality hai. Woh pura bhul jaata hai apni gloves kaha rakhi hai, apni bat kaha rakhi hai”. ("He’s on another level! Rohit bhai is always looking for something—his belt, shoes, gloves, or even his bat. He’ll be like, ‘Where did I leave my belt? Who did I text? Where is my phone?’ It’s hilarious to watch him. He even scolds himself sometimes for being so forgetful!")

Further adding to it, he recalled an incident which former Pakistan captain Babar Azam had told him. “Babar mujhe ek kissa bata raha tha ki hum photoshoot ke waqt plane main the tab hum (Babar) and Rohit baat kar rahe the tab usne Iphone plane main choda, phir airpods chode, har dusre minute pe woh apne ko hi galli dega ki yaar kya hai yaar, main uska phone do dafa utha kar diya aur bola Rohit Bhai ye lo, kabhi uske manager ka call aata hai ki uske airpods chut gaye, woh bahut bhulta hai cheeje,” he added.
