Hulk Hogan, the legendary wrestler and reality TV star, has surprised everyone by announcing his engagement to his girlfriend of two years, yoga instructor Sky Daily, at her best friend's wedding. Hogan gave his soon-to-be wife a diamond ring just three days before her best friend’s engagement. The pair met at a party just a year ago when the bride and groom played the matchmaker.
Speaking to TMZ, Hogan admitted he was nervous before proposing to Daily inside a Tampa restaurant last week and also told the outlet that he’s fallen in love with Daily’s three children. This will be Hogan’s third marriage, following a failed first marriage to Linda Hogan, which ended in 2009 after the pair tied the knot in 1983. He also had two children, daughter Brooke, 35, and son Nick, 32, whom he shares with ex Linda. Hogan was married to Jennifer McDaniel from 2010 to 2021 after which he started dating his current fiance.
While narrating how he and Daily met, Hogan announced in his speech, " She was crazy enough to say ‘Yes’ brother," giving a nod to one of his signature catchphrases from his wrestling days, according to an Instagram video posted by Daily which was later deleted, as per the Los Angeles Times.
Hogan, who is widely regarded as one of the most popular and influential wrestlers of all time, has been semi-retired from wrestling since 2019 when he made his last appearance at WrestleMania 35. He has also starred in several movies and TV shows, such as Rocky III, Suburban Commando, Mr. Nanny, Thunder in Paradise, and Hogan Knows Best. The couple has not revealed any details about their wedding plans yet.
