Former India player Ambati Rayudu turned out to be match-winner for India Masters in the final of the International Masters League (IML) against West Indies in Raipur. Coming to opening the innings, Rayudu played a knock of 74 runs off 50 balls hitting 9 fours and 3 sixes as India Masters defeated West Indies in the final to lift the IML 2025.

Batting first, West Indies Masters posted a total of 148/7 in their 20 overs with Lendl Simmons scoring 57 runs off 41 balls hitting five fours and a six. For India, Vinay Kumar registered figures of 3/26. In reply, India Masters chased the target losing four wickets in 17.1 overs.

Coming to chase the winning total, India Masters got a flying start as Ambati Rayudu and skipper Sachin Tendulkar put up a partnership of 67 runs for the first wicket in 7.5 overs. Sachin got out after scoring a quickfire 25 runs off 18 balls hitting two fours and a six. After that, Rayudu took charge of the innings and top scored with 74(50) to guide India Masters to a convincing win. India chased the target in 17.1 overs losing four wickets.
