Apart from his massive shots, Virat Kohli is known for his humour and has a jovial side that he keeps on display now and then. Recently, Kohli came up with a hilarious reply to one of Dinesh Karthik’s questions that not only caught Karthik off guard but also left RCB teammates in splits. The Bengaluru-based franchise is having a meager season this year as the team has been able to win only one of their IPL 2024 matches.
However, the teammates are lifting each other’s spirits with their antics. One such video has been doing rounds on social media, where RCB players including Virat Kohli, Dinesh Karthik, Faf du Plessis, Mohammed Siraj, and Rajat Patidar were seated for a funny interview. Karthik asked a question to Kohli, to which the former RCB captain came up with a hilarious response.

During the interview, Karthik, who took on the role of the interviewer asked Kohli, “Who is my favourite sportsperson other than a cricketer?” Without missing a beat, RCB’s batting great came up with a reply and said, “Your wife.” Karthik, who wasn’t expecting this answer was left amused by Kohli’s humour and said, "That's a great answer for sure. I had a different answer in my mind.” This left their teammates including Mohammed Siraj, Faf, and Rajat Patidar in splits.
Notably, Karthik is married to Dipika Pallikal, an Indian squash player, who has represented India in several competitions and brought laurels to the country in various global tournaments.
