India and Zimbabwe will play the third and the final ODI of the series at the Harare Sports Club on Monday. The touring party have already sealed the series with one match to go and have been absolutely dominant in the series so far. While they won the series opener by 10 wickets, they clinched a 5-wicket win in the second ODI, a match where they tried to stay true to the kind of cricket that regular captain Rohit Sharma has claimed he wants the team to play in white-ball cricket.
The hosts, meanwhile, did show glimpses of improvement in the second ODI, especially with the ball where they managed to send as many as five Indian batters back into the pavilion. However, they would need a better effort from their batters to pose some challenge to India.
