  Dhruv Jurel received an unexpected turn as he earned his maiden call-up to the Indian cricket team. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) selection committee, headed by Ajit Agarkar, included him in the 16-man squad for the first two Tests against England, scheduled to commence on January 25.
