Chennai Super Kings registered a comprehensive 69-run victory against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Sunday to go top of the table. With two star-studded sides going up against each other, it was always going to be a contest to watch out for. In the end, it was Ravindra Jadeja's brilliant all-round show which helped MS Dhoni's Yellow Army break the fantastic winning streak of Virat Kohli's RCB.

MS Dhoni leading his troops from the front

The CSK skipper is undoubtedly one of the greatest leaders of the game, especially when the spinners are operating. Defending a target of 192 in an afternoon game with two world-class spinners in the form of Ravindra Jadeja and Imran Tahir, it was the perfect setting for MS Dhoni to weave his magic standing behind the stumps. The 39-year-old was continuously talking to his bowlers and was even caught saying, "Jaddu isko dande mei hi rakhna, dande ke bahar ni rakhna," (Bowl in line of the stumps, don't bowl outside the line of stumps) before Maxwell was clean-bowled by Jadeja.

However, a very funny comment was caught by stump mic in the 11th over of RCB innings which left the fans in splits. For a while, overseas players like Glenn Maxwell, Dan Christian, Kyle Jamieson and AB de Villiers had been at the crease which allowed MS Dhoni to talk about his plans with the bowlers in Hindi. But, on the first delivery of 11th over, Jadeja dismissed ABD and Harshal Patel walked out to bat. Seeing him, the CSK skipper made a cheeky comment and said, "Ab Hindi me nahi bol sakta hu,” (I can't talk to you in Hindi now). On hearing the comment, Ravindra Jadeja and Suresh Raina burst out in laughter and so did the on-air commentators.

It was actually a hilarious moment from MSD but that did not stop him from marshalling his troops in style. The 39-year-old kept on conversing with the bowlers as his side restricted Royal Challengers Bangalore to 122/9 in 20 overs, handing them their first defeat of the season.
