Sunrisers Hyderabad didn’t get a great start in the ongoing IPL 2025 clash against Delhi Capitals at Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Vizag. Batting first, SRH went on to lose four wickets inside the powerplay, thanks to Mitchell Starc’s three big wickets. SRH started their IPL 2025 campaign with a bang after they smashed 286 runs in the very first match against Rajasthan Royals.
However, SRH’s batting order couldn’t continue the momentum in the next two games as they were restricted to 190/9 against Lucknow Super Giants losing the game by five wickets. In today’s match as well, SRH didn’t get a good start as they lost four wickets early. Fast bowler Mitchell Starc turned out to be a star for KKR taking big wickets of Travis Head, Ishan Kishan and Nitish Kumar Reddy.

However, despite losing a early wickets, SRH are currently in a recovery phase as Aniket Verma and Heinrich Klaasen taking the innings further. The duo has added 77 runs for the fifth wicket before Klaasen got out after scoring 32(19) runs, hitting two four and as many sixes.
