Abhishek Sharma turned out to be the start as SRH succesfully chased the target of 246 runs achieving the second-highest succesful run chase in IPL history.
Batting first, PBKS posted a mammoth 245/6 in their 20 overs. Skipper Shreyas Iyer played a captain’s knock of 82(36) runs. Openers Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran also contributed with 36(13) runs 42(23) respectively while Marcus Stoinis gave finishing touches with a quickfire 34*(11) runs. In reply, Abhishek Sharma smashed a fiery 141 runs off just 55 balls hitting 14 fours and 10 sixes as SRH chased the target in just 18.3 overs losing two wickets.
