In their lawsuit against a Florida lady, Andrew Tate and his brother claim that she falsely accused them of imprisoning her in Romania, which resulted in their prison sentences on suspicion of human trafficking. The well-known former professional kickboxer and his brother Tristan filed a complaint in Palm Beach County against the woman and four of her accomplices, seeking at least $5 million.
The Tates claimed that the five collaborated to falsely accuse them of rape and human trafficking, depriving them of their freedom and of millions of dollars in earnings from their successful podcasting, social media, and commercial operations. The complaint was filed in Palm Beach County on Tuesday because it is known that the woman and her parents live there.
Authorities in Romania detained the Tates brothers in December and charged them last month, alleging that the brothers coerced seven victims into participating in pornography and physically abused them. They are still in Romania under house arrest.

Tate's legal representatives claimed that she and the other defendants planned to deceive Romanian and US embassy officials in order to get them to make the arrests. The lawsuit claimed that the Tate brothers never participated in human trafficking. The lady "is a serial liar, manipulator and schemer who exploits vulnerable, frequently wealthy men with good intentions for sexual, financial and emotional profit," according to the attorneys.
The woman allegedly told Tristan Tate she intended to travel to Romania and pursue online modeling, a line of work the Tates have previously engaged in. The two allegedly maintained touch via texts. Tristan allegedly tried to discourage her despite his belief that her dreams to become a model may succeed. However, "in the spirit of fun and adventure," he covered the cost of the woman's travel to Romania in April 2022.
She allegedly spent two days at the Tates' estate, where the two had intercourse once more, according to the lawsuit. Then, as arranged, she relocated to a different neighborhood house with access to the estate. They claim she was only in the nation for six days.
It is believed that after meeting a British woman at the estate, she quickly plotted to swindle them of $200,000 by making up a story that they required the money for "something important." The Florida woman allegedly plotted with her male Virginia buddy to contact the U.S. embassy and falsely claim that she and the other woman were being trafficked after that failed. According to the lawsuit, this prompted Romanian authorities to search the residence where she was staying and launch the Tate's investigation.
