The 16th edition of the Asia Cup, one of the premier tournaments in the world of cricket, will be played in the ODI format from August 30 onwards, in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The opening match of the competition will have Pakistan take on Nepal in the Group A clash at the Multan International Cricket Stadium in Multan.

One of the most highly anticipated matches in the group stages of the Asia Cup 2023 will be India facing off against their arch-nemesis Pakistan in Group A. This continental cricket tournament will be a precursor to the ODI World Cup 2023 encounter between India and Pakistan, which will be played on October 14, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
