India have already lost the three-match ODI series with one match go after the visitors failed to chase the target of 271 put up by the Bangla Tigers. While they seemed to easily reach the target, but continuous fall of wickets and some injury concerns in the camp, the result did not go their way.

Team India skipper Rohit Sharma, who walked out of the field in the early overs of Bangladesh innings, did not return to open for the Men in Blue. What was shocking is that the injury was massive as it was later revealed that he has been referred for X-rays and got some stitches  as well.

To end his absence from the match, the Indian opener came lower down the order where is looked that the match was already out of their hands. To everyone's surprise and with a gruesome injury, Rohit Sharma starred for the Men in Blue as he scored an unbeaten 51 off 28 deliveries to almost take the side cross the line.

While the fans heaped praise on the India skipper, teammates and members of the cricketing fraternity also showered some encouraging words on the 35-year-old. Stand-in skipper KL Rahul also shared his picture with emojis in it. “ @rohitsharma45”.

Talking about Rohit’s availability, the 35-year-old is also ruled out of the third ODI and is likely to remain out of the two-match Test series. However,  Abhimanyu Easwaran  is likely to replace Rohit as batter, KL Rahul is like to take over the captaincy reigns in the Test series.
