One such moment got caught on camera during a game of the European Cricket Series Romania T10 2023.
European Cricket has shared a video on their social media, wherein a cricketer had to walk back to pavilion due to his inattentiveness. In the video, the batter steered a full delivery on the leg side, which failed to result in a boundary. With the efficient fielding by the opposite side, the batter could end up scoring a single. The batter who remained on non-strike had to walk back to the pavilion due to his carelessness as he remained short of his crease on the non-striker’s end. The wicketkeeper collected the throw from the fielder and smartly hit the stumps on the other end.

The European Cricket Series Romania T10 2023 tournament started on June 19 in the Romanian capital city of Bucharest. The league features 11 teams, and a total of 59 games will be played across 12 days. As per the schedule, all the teams will clash against the other side in a round-robin format, and the final of the tournament will be played on June 30. All games of the league are being played at the Moara Vlasiei Cricket Ground in Ilfov County, Romania.
